Take home freshly-roasted beans from Seattle’s favorite Vietnamese coffeeshop

Seattle’s first-ever Vietnamese coffee bar, Coffeeholic House, is now roasting their own beans.

When they opened in March, the shop used organic Nguyen Coffee Supply beans, specialty coffee beans imported straight from Da Lat, Vietnam.

Over the quarantine period, the owners have pursued their passion for coffee by learning about roasting, researching, and developing their very own beans profile.

After months of testing, the in-house roasted coffee beans are finally ready to taste. All of the beans are single-origin, imported directly from Da Lat.

Coffeholic House currently has two types of in-house roasted beans:

  • Dreamer is a single origin blend of 50% Robusta + 50% Arabica beans. Recommended brewing methods for this specific bean will be Phin, Drip, or French Press. This is a strong coffee with nutty, dark cocoa, and cane sugar flavor notes with a smooth finish. This blend is perfect for making your own Vietnamese coffee at home.
  • Explorer is a single-origin coffee made of 100% Arabica beans. This will be best for making espresso. Its characteristic flavor notes are a rich body, with black pepper, and low acidity.

Although we don’t recommend drinking four cups of coffee in one go, we do suggest going back more than once to try one of everything on the menu.
