They’ve wowed Seattleites with their impressive-looking “bread boats” and beautiful beverages.

You can’t go to Skalka without ordering a Khachapuri Boat. Seriously, it would be a crime.
The gorgeous boats are traditional Georgian bread filled with everything from egg yolks and melty cheese, slow-cooked red beans, sauteed mushrooms, eggplants and red peppers, and more.

You can also enjoy a khachapuri pie filled with mixed cheeses, or khinkali dumplings with mushrooms, beef and pork, or cheeses.
