What to eat in and around Seattle today: Lazy Susan

Apr 23 2020, 6:46 pm

Drawing from traditional elements of American-style Mexican and Korean cuisines, Lazy Susan offers some of the best Korexican food in Seattle.

On April 23, owner Suzana Olmos decided to reopen her shop for takeout in order to create jobs for employees while continuing to serve tasty dishes to the public. She’s also decided to offer 50% off meals for all restaurant, bar, or food-industry workers who are currently unemployed or have been recently laid off.

The restaurant’s current takeout-only menu is limited; however, it includes some of Lazy Susan’s fan favorites.

We suggest ordering a bunch of dishes to share, starting with crunchy wings and the crispy, roasted Brussels sprouts.

For mains, be sure to order the kimchi mac and cheese, japchae, and beef bulgogi burrito.
