Brothers and Co. is delivering fresh meal kits in Seattle
Although they were never a sit-down spot, Brothers and Co. was one of our favorites for a fast fix of ramen.
In response to the pandemic, the popular farmers’ market stall has adapted towards serving take-home meal kits that include ingredients from local farms.
Current meal kits from Brothers and Co. range in price from $18 to $47 and are available for meat-eaters as well as vegans and vegetarians.

Here are a few kits that we’re loving:
Slow-braised Olsen Farms lamb shank adobo kit
This meal kit serves two to three people and results in a perfect lamb on the bone. All you have to do at home is baste and glaze with the included braising liquid, and serve with the asparagus, turnips, bok choy, pickles, and steamed rice.
Curried squash fried rice kit with SnoValley mushrooms
Enjoy a mix of roasted SnoValley mushrooms, spring vegetables, and greens stir-fried together with Calrose rice and topped with fresh bok choy and shaved radishes. This heat-and-eat kit serves two to three people.
Stuffed and folded taco kits
Put together your own tacos with house-made tortillas, pasture-raised Olsen Farms steak, and/or mixed seasonal vegetables with queso Oaxaca and a rich NW nettle chimichurri. The kit comes with refried beans, pickles, yogurt, and a homemade citrus hot sauce.
