Palisade has one of those menus that makes you want it all. Luckily for restaurant-goers, you can opt for their surf and turf with herb-crusted, slow-roasted prime rib, grilled wild king salmon, colossal prawn, Beecher’s flagship potato gratin, market vegetables, horseradish creme fraiche, and homemade au jus.

Ok, so we don’t know if thisĀ really counts as surf and turf, but with such great oysters and steak tartare, it gets to live on this list. Seriously, get a few oysters, split another main, and feast on the steak tartare.

When you think seafood, you’re gonna think Salty’s. The Seattle staple has been serving up seafood for years. If you haven’t been, you’ve probably scrolled through their menu online once or twice. We suggest ordering from their meats selection and adding a lobster tail, crab, or scallops.

Located inside the famous Edgewater Hotel, enjoy dinner right on the waterā€™s edge. The restaurant only serves the best wines and dishes with fresh and organic ingredients. We recommend going with a friend and splitting two mains to obtain the true surf and turf plate.

Go with one of their two-course lunch combos for under $20 for a lunchtime surf and turf, or opt for the dinner version with a 5 oz center cut, red wine shallot sauce, gorgonzola butter, mashed red potatoes with sour cream and green onion, seasonal vegetables, and your choice of grilled shrimp skewers, half-pound red king crab legs, or roasted Maine lobster tail.

We saved one of our favorites for last. The Brooklyn prides itself on its seafood, steaks, and oysters. We love the place for the drink and oyster deal — four samples of alcohol with an oyster to accompany each — and the steaks. Yes, it’s expensive, but you deserve it.
