Bellevue Way is once again becoming Snowflake Lane this winter

Dec 1 2020, 6:03 pm

For over 15 years years, Snowflake Lane has taken over Bellevue Square for the month of December.

The iconic snowy spectacle has made its return this year, minus the parade, Santa, and performers.

While the street remains full of holiday spirit, packed with lights, music, and snow, organizers have decided to halt all in-person festivities and have put together a virtual show instead.

Those who’d like to experience the snowflakes and lights in-person can do so by walking or driving by the sidewalk between Lincoln Square and Bellevue Square from 5 to 9 pm nightly.

Those hoping to relive last year’s parade can do so below.

Please note: As recommended by Washington’s health officials, gatherings of any kind and unessential travel in the state is not recommended at this time. Please adhere to COVID-19 health and safety measures, including proper physical distancing and frequent handwashing. If you are sick, please stay home.
