One unique shop in Portland is taking that childlike wonder, adding artisanal eateries, and bringing hand-crafted vegan ‘tarts to the scene.
Toast’d PDX is the sole dream of founder Courtney, who has put a whole heap of purpose and problem-solving behind these tarts that have been gaining fame in the Portland metro area for quite a while.

“I’ve been a vegetarian my whole life, and for the past 15 years, I’ve been vegan,” reads the Toast’d about us page. “I have always loved to bake (and eat) and don’t think anyone should settle for sub-par baked goods just because they’re vegan or plant-based.”
For now, Portlandians and visitors alike can order these vegan nostalgic mouth vacations via private message on social or email.
What to order
Truthfully, it doesn’t matter. Everything on their menu is going to give you the buzz of sweetness you seek and blow your mind when it comes to your personal opinion on completely vegan delicacies.
