What: Winter Wonderland is Pacific Northwest’s largest holiday light show with over 250 light displays. Enjoy this dazzling event with your loved ones while sipping on hot chocolate.

What: Fandom PDX (formerly Newcon PDX/Anime PDX) is Portland, Oregon’s hotel based pop culture convention celebrating cosplay, video games, anime, tabletop gaming, comics, and “all things geek”

Tantra Speed Date – Portland (Singles Dating Event) 

What: Tired of Swiping? Tantra Speed Date isn’t your average singles event. Relationship skills games plus speed dating, you’ll share moments of fun, guided connection with up to 24 dates in a traditional Puja circle.

What: The program kicks off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method. There will be a breathing session where you will learn to tap into the deepest part of your mind and physiology. Unlike many other meditation techniques, you will feel the vibrant sensation right away at the workshop. The workshop will continue with an ice bath at a beautiful roof top, where you can challenge your mind and body with an amazing group support.

The Breathe Building also has a sauna where every participants can warm up nicely after the ice bath. At the end there is ample room for reflection, and the Instructor is there to answer questions throughout the workshop.

Sunday, January 5

What: Featuring Mark Hummel, Magic Dick, Lee Oskar, Duke Robillard, Jerry Portnoy, Mark Hummel’s Blues Harmonica Blowout started on a Sunday night in 1991 at Ashkenaz in Berkeley with four harmonica players – Rick Estrin, Mark, Dave Earl and Doug Jay. Continuing annually for 28 years since then it’s become a who’s who of older and younger players, black, white, male and female, national and international.
