Portland will see five straight days of rain beginning tomorrow

After a cooler and cloudy week, we’ve finally got some fall showers on the horizon for the Portland area in this weekend’s weather forecast.

Starting Saturday, October 10, we’re set to see five days of rainfall in and around Portland.

A handful of wildfires are still burning in Oregon, and a weekend of heavy rain should act as a welcome guest.

In addition to the rain, we’re going to see a weekend of cool weather that will stretch into the beginning of next week.

Saturday will have a high of 65°F and a low of 55°F; that high drops down to below 60° on Sunday, and the temperature will continue to bobble between the low 50s and mid 60s until the sun comes out next Friday, October 16.

If you’re planning on leaving the house this weekend and heading into the start of next week, be sure to bring out your umbrellas or raincoats.

Friendly reminder that splashing in puddles can sure some forms of sadness.
