What to order:
There are currently only a few items on the menu at L’unico, and the team behind the truck doesn’t seem to be intent on expanding the number of their offerings anytime soon. Rather, they aim to remain seasonal.
Opening up, the L’unico menu features three appetizers (or “bites”) and three mains, with daily specials tacked on.

Key to their success around PDX is one particular item: the L’unico Meatball Sandwich.
Meatballs made with pork and beef, tomatoes, and cheese, all atop a heavenly ciabatta bun, makes this sandwich extremely prolific in an already fabulous atmosphere for bread-delivered meals.
