Pop-up bar serving mulled wine opens in Portland
A new spot for mulled wine has opened in Portland just in time for the holidays.
Imperial Bottle Shop and Taproom is “glüehing this crazy world back together” with GlüBar: a mulled wine-inspired bar.
Located on the sidewalk at 2006 NE Alberta, guests who are aged 21 and above can enjoy hot mulled wine, cider, and beer.
The pop-up bar will be staying open extra late on New Year’s Eve allowing you to celebrate from 3 to 11 pm.

GlüBar is open from 5 to 10 pm on Tuesdays, 4 to 10 pm on Wednesdays, 3 to 9 pm on Thursdays, and 12 to 10 pm on weekends.
Bringing a blanket and outside food is encouraged, as the bar is solely serving up drinks and baked goods.

Mulled beverages cost $8 per mug, The Yule Log with Founders KBS Chocolate Coffee Imperial Oatmeal Stout aged in Bourbon barrels, mulled with cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg, candy cane simple syrup, topped with flaming peppermint marshmallow goes for $11 per mug, and extra shots cost $3.
