Montreal’s vegetarian food festival is back for another year.
The Expo Manger Sante et Vivre Vert is a three-day exhibition that is a healthy eater’s paradise.

Partnering with several health-based businesses in Quebec, the event aims to “increase awareness about the importance of our eating habits and lifestyles in relation to our health and the environment.”
The EXPO team also strives to create a large scale public event with the least possible impact on the environment.

Expo Manger Sante et Vivre Vert takes place from March 15 to 16 at Palais des Congrès and will feature over 330 exhibitors, more than 100 speakers, cooking demonstrations, a baking contest, championship cooking and a myriad of activities for all ages.
Plus, kids aged 16 and under get in for free.
