Tim Hortons now has crispier bacon as part of breakfast menu "improvements"

Tim Hortons is making “quality improvements” to its breakfast menu, including the additions of crispier bacon and buttered English Muffins.

The changes are part of the coffee purveyor’s ‘Back to Basics’ strategy announced earlier this year, which highlights a commitment to making its menu free from artificially-sourced colours and flavours.

As of Wednesday, Tims locations across the country will be serving up the newly-added, crispier, naturally-smoked bacon, and “fluffier” English Muffins with butter, on all its breakfast sammies.

“More Canadians eat breakfast at Tim Hortons than any other restaurant and we take pride in providing convenient, high-quality and affordable options for Canadians on the go,” said Hope Bagozzi, Chief Marketing Officer for Tim Hortons.

“We’re excited that today we’re launching an amazing new crispier, naturally smoked bacon that we know guests are going to love, along with a delicious new fluffy English muffin for our breakfast sandwiches.”
