Montreal’s soupesoup restaurants are entering the world of third wave coffee!
Located at 2185 Crescent Street, Spoon Café was envisioned and designed in collaboration with Ali Inay, a photographer and a coffee lover from Montreal.
‘’It is the quality and the provenance of the products that inspired us to dive into third wave coffee. With Spoon Café, we want to offer the same coffee experience and add the food to the mix! ’’, says Hugo Lacasse, soupesoup’s general manager.
soupesoup worked with Cantook micro-roaster, Quebec-based connoisseurs that honor the farmers’ work by roasting their beans with passion and refinement.
Breakfast and a daily lunch menu are offered to customers in a friendly and inspiring atmosphere.
soupesoup is adding this third wave coffee banner to its already existing 7 restaurants chain, in order to deliver an experience where the origin and the quality of the coffee beans are also matched by the traceability and local sourcing of its food.
