Montreal is set to host Tartarefest this month, a celebration of all things raw, from meat to fish to veggies.
Tartarefest will be taking place from September 15th until September 25th.
Tartarefest is a celebrate of all kinds of tartare, from beef to salmon. Tartarefest will bring together dozens of Montreal chefs, all of whom will be creating specialty dishes for the festival.
So far there are 27 Montreal restaurant participating in Tartarefest, including EVOO, Jack Saloon, La Reserve, Bistro La Closerie, Thursday’s, Buonanotte, and L’Assommoir.

Tickets to Tartarefest 2016 are just $10 and include one entry tartare and one alcoholic drink, so you better get ‘em while they’re hot.
