A meditation masterclass is coming to Montreal this weekend
It’s not every day you get a chance to learn from an acclaimed spiritual guide and expand your sense of self through meditation.

This weekend, Montrealers will get an opportunity to take part in an ancient meditation masterclass guided by world-renowned spiritual leader, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in the form of his Unveiling Infinity Tour.
Hidden within his ancient teachings are supposedly techniques to experience infinity within oneself as well as the tools to quiet your mind, enliven your life and achieve a new level of mindfulness and inner peace.

The immersive workshop spans 2 hours of practice during a three day period. According to organizers, participants leaving the workshop all feel increased happiness, a heightened sense of focus and awareness, sharpened intellect, newfound creativity and the clarity of mind.
The 62-year-old Indian meditation guru has been guiding spiritual courses around the world since 1983.
