
The coronavirus situation in Quebec appears to bet getting worse as the province announced 698 new coronavirus cases on Saturday.
That’s the highest new daily case count the province has seen since May.
The latest cases continue a troubling trend of new infections increasing rapidly. It’s the third day in a row Quebec has seen more than new cases.

Hospitalizations also increased by 18 on Saturday, although no new deaths were reported.
