Quebec reports more than 450 new coronavirus cases over past 24 hours
Quebec public health has announced 462 new COVID-19 cases since Saturday morning.
Santé Quebec says that one new coronavirus-related death occurred since the last reporting period, bringing the province’s cumulative death toll to 5,802.
There are currently 67,542 cases in the province, 138 hospitalizations, and 31 patients in intensive care.

Of the 462 cases, 160 came from Montréal, 92 were from the Capitale-Nationale, and 58 were from Montérégie.
Currently, a reported 1,300,266 tests have turned up negative throughout Quebec.
The new data was reported by hospitals and public health officials as of Saturday, September 19, at 4 pm.

Public health continues to advise people to frequently wash their hands, use alcohol-based sanitizers, wear face masks in public, and respect the maximum 10-person limit for indoor gatherings.
