It has officially happened.

A Quebec City driver playing Pokémon Go crashed his vehicle onto another in a parking lot on Bastien Boulevard. To their luck, they crashed into a police cruiser. The officers were behind the vehicle because it had failed to signal at a turn and were about to pull it over.

The officers were taken to hospital for minor injuries. The driver and passenger admitted they were playing Pokémon Go, and the driver was given a ticket for failing to signal.

Although there was no major injuries at this incident, the SAAQ did tweet that no Pokemon is worth putting life and others in danger.

There you have it. Don’t drive and Pokémon.
