Igloofest is going to have a little bit of a different feel on Saturday afternoon.
The second edition of Off-Igloo day will allow visitors, both young and old, to experience the outdoor music festival in broad daylight.
Featuring games, festive music, and impressive visual effect, Off-Igloo day is an opportunity for families and future festival-goers to experience the giant, outdoor bash without the large and rowdy crowds.

Games of skill and friendly competition will take place at the Igloovillage, including the Iglooslide, Volley-Pong, the Sapporo Hero and the crowd-favourite: the Christmas Tree Toss (which is exactly what it sounds like).
Snacks will be available for purchase at Cantine Chez Nik and Beignes d’antan will be warming you up with donuts.
There will also be an open fire on site so you can roast marshmallows (and your hands).
Curious guests are encouraged to visit the site’s backstage to see what happens behind the scenes during Igloofest’s nighttime shows (open exclusively during Off-Igloo day).
Since Igloofest is first and foremost a dance party, attendees can shake it up at the Videotron stage to Montreal artists Voyage Funktastique, Charles Cozy and Nana Zen.
The site will light up upon nightfall at 5 pm with an immersive experience from VJ TiND.
The entire Old Port will join in the party as the Natrel Skating Rink, the Montreal Science Center, Imax, Voiles en Voiles and Zipline MTL will be offering special pricing throughout the day.
Details and rebates for all the neighbouring Old Port activities can be found online.
Happy Igloo-ing!
