A non-polluting boat tour is taking off in the Old Port

Montreal’s silent and non-polluting boat, Le Petit Navire, is operating out of Old Port this summer, allowing visitors and locals alike to experience the city without causing harm to the environment.

The electricity-powered boats will take passengers on a wondrous adventure along the Old Port and Lachine Canal, pointing out the area’s marine life and historical heritage along the way.


Tours range in length from 45 minutes to 2 hours and are even available on fireworks nights, though they recommend booking in advance.

Tickets range from $19.55 to $26 for adults and between $8.70 and $19 for children.
