Old Montreal’s giant outdoor skating is hosting a variety of themed nights this winter, as if skating isn’t already fun enough.
Aside from offering 2,500 square metres of refrigerated ice, the Natrel Skating Rink will host firework displays, DJ shows, and on-ice karaoke.

The fireworks are free to attend but access to the rink has varying costs. For skaters aged 12 years and older the cost will be $7.83, while skaters age six- to 12-years-old will pay $5.22 and mini-gliders under the age of six can skate for free.
From January to March, a DJ will be on site every Thursday, giving skaters the chance to dance and glide at the same time. The DJ schedule lines up as follows:
- January 9: DJ Poirier
- January 16: DJ ToastDawg
- January 23: DJ Charles Cozy
- January 30: DJ Lexis February
- February 6: DJ FunkyFalz
