21 pictures from this weekend's frightening Zombie Walk in Montreal

The streets of Montreal were filled with hundreds of zombies over the weekend, but you know, in a good way. Place des Festivals hosted its annual Zombie Walk on Saturday where ghouls, creatures and the undead took a stroll through downtown.

The parade is an opportunity for people of any age to get doused in fake blood, dress up in creepy costumes and gruesome props in a slow trot with hundreds of other frightening characters.

Montrealers never seem to disappoint in beating the previous year’s morbid fashion. To prove it, here are 21 pictures from this year’s Zombie Walk.
