It may not be tee shirt and running shoe weather (yet), but we’re getting there while we wait for the long-lasting snow to melt and our gorgeous flowers to bloom.
This weekend’s weather may not scream “springtime” but The Weather Network’s extended forecast did initially call for a “furious finish to winter with some wild winter weather during early March,” according to the weather website’s Chief Meteorologist, Chris Scott. “However, later in March we expect an abrupt flip in the weather pattern.”
Keep on trucking, Montreal. We’re almost there.
In the meantime, Montrealers opted for positivity today even throughout the blankets of snow, and took to Instagram to post sunny pictures of the first day of springtime in the city.
