Montreal to host a wine festival this Halloween weekend

Presented by SAQ, Montreal is hosting the 11th annual Fete des vins du Quebec.

The event celebrates wines from all over the province of Quebec and will be taking place from October 28th to 30th at Complexe Desjardins.

The three-day festival will showcase wines from the Eastern Townships, Lanaudiere, Est-du-Quebec, the Lower Laurentians, and Monteregie.

Prepare for tasting sessions, a cheese court, and an alcohol lounge. There will also be featured events such as a Halloween costume contest on Saturday night, a crepes and mimosas brunch on Sunday and the winners of the Quebec Wine Festival will be announced.

Tickets cost $18 per day if bought in advance or $20 at the door.
