Whether you plan to go trick-or-treating, or to check out one of Montreal’s Halloween events, don’t let the rain dampen your spirit.
Both Environment Canada and The Weather Network are forecasting colder temperatures ranging between 2°C and 5°C for prime trick-or-treating times tonight.
But hey, at least it’s not snow, right?
