Labour Day weekend has arrived and the official onset of autumn isn’t too far behind. Make the most of this last long weekend by stuffing your face.

Here are all the food events happening in Montreal from September 1 to 4.

Food Truck Fridays

Montrealers can sample dishes from over 50 food trucks at this second-last edition of First Fridays on today. Expect to find everything from tacos and churros, to mac and cheese and lobster rolls.

When: September 1, 4 pm to 11 pm
Where: Olympic Stadium, 4141 Pierre-de Coubertin Avenue, Montreal
Price: Admission is free.

Le Burger Week

At least 40 restaurants in Montreal will participate in this Canada-wide celebration of beef patties on a bun. Participating kitchens will each serve up special burgers at a special price while burger aficionados vote on their favourites.

Dozens of amazing food vendors will be dishing out everything from gourmet goods to delectable street food, at this massive end-of-summer food fest.

SOUP Festival of Vaudreuil-Soulanges

This free festival dedicated to all things soup takes place in Pointe-du-Moulin Historical Park this September. Get your spoons ready and spend the day sampling soups from around the world.

Where: Pointe-du-Moulin Historical Park, at the end of Don Quixote Boulevard on Île-Perrot.
When: Sunday, September 3, from 10 am to 4 pm
