Sir Winston Churchill Pub 51st Anniversary Celebration

One of Montreal’s most popular bars is celebrating their 51st birthday today. They’re hosting a masquerade party which is pretty cool and a $10 open bar which is really cool.

Drinks, music and lots of customers, the perfect way to celebrate a bar’s birthday.

Continuum and aurōrae

Continuum and aurōrae are two shows at Montreal’s Planetarium. From the infinitely small to the infinitely large, Continuum is a visual arts show that is a connection between humankind and the universe while Aurōra explains and displays the electrifying aurora borealis.

Dream Land

It’s never too early to start talking about Christmas. Especially when it’s big and bright news. Sami Hajjar of the West Island will be continuing his ‘Christmas Display’ house again this holiday season, but he’s upping his game.

Compared to last year’s ‘Frozen Land,’ the upcoming ‘Dream Land’ will feature 250,000 lights, inflatables and synchronized music to five Disney songs, four times a day.

‘Dream Land’ kicked off last weekend, so go check out the lights when they’re shining their brightest.

Movember Party – “Staching Through The Snow”

MO’sey on down to McKibbin’s Irish Pub tonight to celebrate the last few days of Movember and show off your moustache. Or, go support a good cause.

The event features raffles, prizes and the best moustache competition.

The pub is boasting two for one shots and $6 Moosehead pints and all of the event’s proceeds to the Movember Foundation.

The Nutcracker Market – Montreal

The Nutcracker Market brings together hundreds of local artisans for a magical shopping experience and it starts today.

Exhibitors will be selling everything from gourmet food and hand-knit mittens to gorgeous jewelry and sweet-smelling candles. The market will display gifts for everyone in your life – children, partners, friends, and family.
