7 Montreal concerts worth checking out in February

Let’s be honest; unless you have a soft spot for Valentine’s Day (ugh), there’s nothing particularly great about the depressingly dark and inhumanely cold days of February.

But if there is ever a reason to emerge from the depths of a perpetual Netflix binge and change out of your well-worn sweats, it’s for a concert.

Here are 7 Montreal concerts to check out in February.

Black Veil Brides

If you’d rather swap the Super Bowl for a little goth metal performed by a band once called “the most controversial band in the universe,” hit Mtelus for a show by L.A.’s Black Veil Brides.

Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds

Former Oasis co-lead Noel Gallagher prove he can’t and won’t stop, as the British artist makes a Montreal stop for his Who Built the Moon tour, which takes his traditional sounds to a slightly more psychedelic place.

Alan Doyle

Celebrating David Bowie
