A sparkling new Michael Kors store hit the streets of downtown Montreal this past weekend, just in time for the holidays.

The new flagship store, located on the corner of Ste. Catherine and Stanley, is the country’s newest Michael Kors shop and its 9,000-sq-ft layout offers products from the brand’s three labels: MICHAEL Michael Kors, Michael Kors Collection, and Michael Kors Mens.

Located in a former bank, the store’s stainless steel shelves and white stone display the popular brand’s handbags, watches, jewelry, footwear, clothes, and eyewear throughout two floors.

The third storey features Michael Kors Studio 1133, which will host “exclusive events,” and showcase a selection of the Michael Kors Collection. “Conceived to resemble an artist’s loft, with original exposed brick and wood floors, Studio 1133 provides a unique VIP experience,” says a company news release.

“We opened our first Canadian store in Montreal, so it’s always been a special place for
me,” said Michael Kors, in the release. “I can’t imagine a better location for our new flagship than in the heart of the city’s downtown district. I know that our Montreal-based customers and tourists alike will appreciate being able to shop all of our lines under one roof.”

The store has also partnered with the organic juice bar, Rejuic! Nutrition, in what the company calls “an exciting first.”

You know, for shoppers who might need a break from carrying all those bags.

In case you haven’t gotten a chance to check out the new spot, Michael Kors has shared a bevy of photos from the new flagship store with Daily Hive.
