A Lord of the Rings concert is happening to Montreal

A live symphony orchestra is performing a Lord of the Rings Concert in Montreal this September.

The special concert is being hosted by Montreal’s very own Video Game Orchestra, who this year, have decided to honour the music of famous trilogy, The Lord of the Rings.

Over 60 musicians will be on stage bringing the brilliant scores of Howard Shore to life.

The Video Game Orchestra will also be accompanied by the Quebec Choir of Film Music during this one-of-a-kind performance happening at the stunning Saint-Jean-Baptiste Church on September 23rd.

 

Overall, the official event promises, “A grandiose choir, more than 60 musicians on stage, a majestic place and the emblematic music of the Lord of the Rings, is what awaits you on September 23rd!”
