La Ronde just got a new kick of adrenaline.

Just in time for the 2019 season, Quebec’s biggest amusement park will introduce a giant, new, loop roller coaster called Chaos.

Chaos will jolt riders forward, backward and dangle people upside down for an unprecedented amount of hang-time.

The groundbreaking ride features one 7-story loop that swings riders back and forth, higher and higher, before soaring through multiple heart-pounding turns. The coaster changes directions halfway through its cycle, leaving riders suspended upside down at the top of the 70-foot loop.

Oh, boy.

Chaos will host 24 passengers per ride, all sitting in a unique face-to-face position, while going through aĀ 360ā° revolution when the train reverses mid-course.

“We are committed to offering thrills for all ages with the most innovative rides and attractions in the industry,” said Park PresidentĀ Janine Durette. “The forward and backward motion of this ride along with the inverted hang-time at 70 feet in the air delivers a unique and exhilarating roller coaster experience.”
