A Haitian food festival is coming to Montreal

Montreal’s food scene is heating up this summer! Scheduled for August 18th, you won’t want to miss this one day Haitian food festival.

Officially called Haitian Cuisine Day, 2017 marks the second edition of this culinary event that is put together by the city’s Haitian community.

The event promises “an explosion of flavours” through its delicious food offerings, which will be cooked by some of the best chefs and caterers in the city.

 

This special festival is taking place at the Renaissance Convention and Banquet Centre and kicks off at 5pm.

Tickets cost $30 if purchased before August 18th and $40 at the door, and each ticket includes a variety of food samplings!
