Quebec Premier François Legault has listed his 18,000-square-foot home in Outremont for sale for $4,995,000.

In a phone call with Daily Hive, real estate agent Joseph Montanaro said the home is on the market because the premier spends “significant time” in Quebec City and Legault’s two sons, Xavier and Victor, no longer live at home.

Montanaro says the Legault family intends to keep a place in the Montreal area but will search for something smaller.

The house, built in 1916, is of the “grand Victorian” style, has historic architectural details like crown mouldings, parquet floors, and an antique-style kitchen.

The eight-bedroom home’s entrance has porcelain tiles, French doors, and the three-storey mansion has a two-car garage, spacious rooms, and an in-ground pool.

If you want to dish out a few million and live the Outremont life like the Quebec premier, check out the official listing.

Or maybe you just want to take a peek into the home and imagine Legault playing that piano.
