A flood warning is in effect for Montreal

Better grab your rain jackets!

According to The Weather Network, between 25mm and 30mm of rain is expected beginning tomorrow morning.

Due to the fact that the ground is frozen in Montreal, it has “a reduced ability to absorb rainfall.”

As such, the Weather Network has also issued a flood warning in low-lying areas.

The rain will begin tomorrow and continue all the way until Saturday. Wednesday will only receive 1mm of rain, while Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday will see roughly 20mm of rain accumulated on each individual day.

In essence, you’re going to want to get out your raincoats and umbrellas ASAP.

Prepare to get wet!
