Rainbows have become a symbol of hope and solidarity throughout Quebec during the pandemic and on Sunday night, the Champlain Bridge lit up in an array of colours to relay some added positivity.
Quebecers have joined in on the #cavabienaller campaign on social media, showcasing creative ways to display rainbows with the slogan āƧa va bien allerā (itās going to be okay).
The slogan has been popular on sidewalks and windows but the Samuel de Champlain Bridge’sĀ 3.4 kilometre illumination was bright enough to get Justin Trudeau’s attention.
