Bars, hotels, casinos, amusement parks can all reopen throughout Quebec

Bars, hotels, spars, amusement parks, casinos, and water parks throughout Quebec can now reopen.
Effectively immediately, Quebec’s Director of Public Health, Dr. Horacio Arruda, made the announcement on Thursday from Montreal alongside the City’s Public Health Director, Mylene Drouin.

Arruda says Quebec has seen a “significant decrease” in COVID-19 cases throughout the province which has resulted in the latest and somewhat surprising announcement of more deconfinement.
Physical distancing measures will remain place and both health directors urged citizens to continually wash their hands and wear face masks.
Mask wearing, however, will not be mandated inside bars even though Arruda says it’s something that is “being considered,” he would rather try to convince citizens to do it instead of forcing them.
