Amber Alert issued for two missing girls in Quebec

Quebec’s provincial police have issued an amber alert for two girls, ages 11 and 6, who went missing from the town of Lévis, south of Quebec City.

The suspect, a 44-year old man, believed to be the girls’ father, is being sought.

Norah Carpentier, 11, is described as thin, 5’2” and was last seen wearing a white hat and Nike flip flops.

Her sister Romy, 6, is three feet tall. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and red nail polish.

The suspect, Martin Carpentier, weighs 130 pound and stands 5’10”. He was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt and jeans.
