For the first time ever, you can rent an entire professional baseball stadium on Airbnb.

The Pensacola Blue Wahoos Stadium in Pensacola, Florida, is “giving fans the most intimate, behind-the-scenes ballpark experience in history” by renting out its facility.

In a time when travel restrictions are gradually being lifted, what better way to ensure appropriate physical distancing than to rent out an entire stadium?

Whatever the occasion, be it a killer birthday bash, a trip with the kids, or an epic bachelor party, Blue Wahoos is the venue for you.

“Want to hit with your friends in our batting cage? Be our guest! Want to play catch on the field at 11:30 PM? Be our guest! Want to take batting practice while having a couple cold ones with the boys? Be our guest!” the Airbnb listing describes.

The freshly renovated, fully furnished Clubhouse consists of four couches, two flat-screen TVs, a ping pong table, and more. It also has two adjoining showers. Additionally, there is a bedroom directly connected to the Clubhouse that can sleep up to 10 people comfortably.

Are you worried about not being able to watch TV while being a cozy bed burrito? No problem. The bedroom has its own two flat-screen TVs as well as a kitchenette with a fridge, freezer, coffee maker, and microwave, should you need a midnight snack after galavanting around the field, or a caffeine kick in the morning.

Even if you don’t feel like cooking, food and beverage packages are available as add-ons for an additional charge.

If you’re looking to hit a few balls with the boys, don’t worry about having to bring your own gear either. Bats, balls, and helmets for the batting cage are provided.

As well, a full batting practice set-up on the field is included. You are welcome to use the field however you see fit whether it’s running the bases, hitting a home run from home plate, playing a simple game of catch in the outfield, or reciting the “people will come” speech from Field of Dreams — the choice is yours.

A representative from Blue Wahoos will give guests a comprehensive tour of all areas when they arrive. A staff member will also be available at the park for the duration of the stay as an added measure of security and to answer any questions guests may have.

The price starts at USD $1,500 per night. However, at this juncture, all available dates are sold out. But don’t worry, the Pensacola Blue Wahoos will be adding new dates as they become available.
