Calling all witches and wizards, you can now rent a 300-sq-ft Harry Potter-themed Tiny Home on Airbnb.

Every inch of the space is meticulously decorated to pay homage to the wonderful wizarding world created by beloved author J.K. Rowling. 

The two-bed, one-bath home sits on a private 30-acre farm with beautiful orchard views and is located just 90 minutes from New York City in Marlboro, New York. It is easily accessible even if you don’t have a vehicle. 

If you want to stay here, you’ll have to act fast! The Tiny Home is a limited, winter-only experience.

“Immerse yourself in wizarding fandom, discover enchanting details, relax in the reading nook, read the Daily Prophet or Quibbler,” the listing says. “Live your best upstate life at our Harry Potter Wizarding World decorated Tiny House.”

Don’t be fooled by its size, as the inside of the Tiny Home is luxurious and inviting. 

Upon entering, you will see floating candles like those in the Great Hall of Hogwarts representing the different houses as well as other Harry Potter artwork.

Guests are also greeted with a Severus Snape figurine that hangs by the door.

Guests can also enjoy an assortment of wildlife that you would never find in the city.

Don’t be shocked if you encounter families of deer, coyotes, a multitude of birds species, and “the most beautiful butterflies that you’ve ever seen,” urges the host, Raven. 

The 300-sq-ft space provides breathtaking 360-degree views of the Hudson Valley and surrounding apple orchards and vineyards.

You can take in these sights while sitting in the outdoor dining area, which comes with comfortable lounging furniture as well as a fire pit that you can grill on. 

Though it is small in size, the Tiny Home has three beds — two of which are in lofts while the other is on the main floor.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed adorned with an “Expecto Patronum” pillow and Hogwarts blanket.

Everywhere you look, there are magical details.

The house also comes with an extendable dining table with two chairs.

There is a modern kitchen with a mini-fridge and stainless steel appliances as well as an induction stovetop for cooking, an electric kettle, a microwave, and a french press. 

WiFi is available to maintain a connection to the muggle world. 

The listing reminds guests that this is still a Tiny Home, so there is a maximum occupancy of four people.

There is a second Tiny Home on the property that larger parties can inquire about. However, only one of the houses is themed.
