Disneyland just hosted its first ever Pride party

Jun 6 2019, 1:29 am

Disneyland is known for bringing together fun-lovers of all ages to celebrate and experience some magic. All types are welcome, from children to adults, to princes and princesses, to mice and pantless ducks (we’re talking about you, Donald).

On June 1, the brand took a significant step towards ensuring all communities are welcome, by hosting Disney’s first Pride party in history.

Taking place at Disneyland Paris, Magical Pride welcomed people from the LGBTQ community, their friends and family, and everyone else who wanted to join in the rainbow-themed festivities.

The event featured live performances from Years & Years, Boy George, and Corine, as well as access to rides and attractions and character meet-and-greets. A brand new parade filled the park with a vibrant atmosphere while partygoers celebrated love, equality, and magic from around the world.

The Happiest Place on Earth, indeed.Ā šŸŒˆ
