The only app in Canada that rewards you for paying your bills. Plus, choose how you want to pay them: credit card, debit card, bank or Paytm cash.

Good ol’ camping is fun but so is a relaxing, luxurious retreat so, why not mix the two?

Glamping is the perfect combination of enjoying nature while also experiencing a little modernity. Yes it’s a trendy phenomenon but, it also creates an ideal balance.

Here is our list of five of the most amazing glamping destinations in Canada.

Free Spirit Spheres, British Columbia

Free Spirit Spheres

Known as the “most remarkable accommodation in the world,” Free Spirit Spheres offer glampers the opportunity to getaway in a treehouse accommodation. But this isn’t just any tree house, it’s a spherical treehouse.

This is an adult-only getaway that will give you a “back-to-nature” experience, set among the coastal rainforest of Vancouver Island. But, it will also provide you with a peaceful and relaxing place to rest your head at night.

Their treehouses have electric heating, a small sink, filtered water, and a small refrigerator. Oh and don’t forget the sound system to play your favourite relaxation music.

Flora Bora Forest Lodging, Saskatchewan

Flora Bora

You are invited to a yurt getaway this summer. Set amid Saskatchewan’s Boreal Forest you will find nature trails, a small lake and a beautiful beach, just a few minutes away.

Each yurt is fully furnished with a complete bathroom, kitchenette and a private deck. There are also complimentary bathrobes and lush down duvets.

Why not glamp in a yurt?

Outpost Co., Ontario

Outpost Co.

Located north of Toronto in Killarney, this may be one of the most glamorous camping experiences one could have. And by that we mean even the food you eat and wine you drink will be served by top chefs.

You will get the distraction free retreat that you deserve as the campground is accessible by floatplane.

You can stay in a one bed tent, two bed tent or a tepee. But only pack your personal belongings as you will be provided with cotton sheets, down duvets, custom mattresses, terry cloth towels and bathrobes, and hand crafted soaps. That’s a long list of some pretty luxurious essentials.

During your stay you can fish, hike, canoe or sit on the lookout for moose, beavers or otters.

Northridge Inn, Ontario

Northridge Inn

At the Northridge Inn, you can stay in one of their Glamping tent suites. Enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Bernard with a private porch and wifi.

Here you will experience the joys of camping without the bad sleep and small tents. You can BBQ on the hibachi grill and enjoy the complimentary bath and shower products.

Fronterra, Ontario

Fronterra

Fronterra is currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic but plans to be up and running for the 2021 year.

This is just about as close as you can get to a perfect mixture of rustic and luxury. This is a spellbinding retreat with authentic log-framed canvas prospector tents.

Each suite features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom (with a hot shower) and private outdoor kitchen that features a charcoal grill. This retreat is located in the ever-so-beautiful Prince Edward County near North Beach Provincial Park, just two hours from Toronto.

We’ve definitely added this one to our bucket list.

Stay safe and enjoy your glamping getaway.
