A newly licensed producer is all set to start production and cultivation at a state-of-the-art Montreal facility.

Last week, Emerald Plants Heath Source (EPHS), together with Joint Venture Partner, Merritt Valley Cannabis, announced that it received its license for Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulation (ACMPR) from Health Canada.

While phase one of construction on the 1.2 million square foot campus in Merritt, BC won’t begin until 2019 (with a scheduled open for 2020), EPHS’ Montreal cultivation and sales plans have commenced as per Health Canada’s requirements.
