There's a new brunch spot in Edmonton with fresh cakes made in-house
Wish Delish comes to Edmonton as the city’s newest European cafe and bistro, having just opened its doors this past week.
Serving up delicious brunch dishes and freshly brewed coffee is Wish Delish, a new spot in Edmonton that’s been in the works for a while. Located in Blue Quill, you’ll be able to find that this spot has just opened and is currently in its soft opening phase, offering everything from delicious homemade pasta to loaded sandwiches.
“Inspired by the finest traditions of European cuisine and grounded in trusted Canadian hospitality values, we’ve created a comfortable cafe‑bistro where families, friends, and neighbours feel at home every day,” reads the team’s website.

The menu has a range of great food items like fresh quiches and layer cakes made in-house, as well as a selection of pastas, sandwiches, and more. As for its coffee, it actually uses premium Colombian coffee from The Colombian.
If you’re looking to visit, the new cafe and bistro is in southwest Edmonton. In terms of hours, this spot is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Tuesday to Friday, and then 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
