The holidays are here, and with it comes the ever-growing list of to give holiday cards to.
One Edmonton based company is giving traditional holiday cards a twist, for a brand new way to pass along festive greetings.
Unhappy Holiday Cards give classic cards a “cranky” greeting in good fun, with greetings that have Edmonton-themed messages that Edmontonians can relate to.

Examples include a card with “angry Santa stuck on the Yellowhead swearing, a miserable snowman stands in -30 weather waiting for the bus, and a trio of E-Scooters helps roast some chestnuts.”
Purchasing the cards is something you can feel good about, given that proceeds from the cards go towards the single moms supported by Kaleo Collective.
Kaleo Collective is a community for single moms that provides practical life skills through means of group sessions, life-skill classes and ongoing support.
“Initiatives at Kaleo Collective help get single moms back on their feet when life has been less than kind,” says the website.
Packages of three, six, or 12 cards are available online, ranging from $10-$30.
