An Italian restaurant in downtown Edmonton has temporarily closed after the spouse of one of its kitchen staff tested positive for coronavirus.
Uccellino said there’s no evidence yet that any staff have caught the virus, but it’s still making all employees get tested before returning to work, the business said in an Instagram post Thursday.
“While we have not been legally mandated to close, we are prioritizing the safety and well-being of our customers by taking this precaution,” it said.
