Two men are facing assault charges after an “altercation” over Pokémon cards at a Costco location near Edmonton on Monday morning.
RCMP say officers were called to the Costco in St. Albert just after 9:30 a.m. for reports of a dispute. A group became upset over the store’s purchase limits on Pokémon cards, and the situation escalated, with staff members assaulted, police said.
