Tonight's Raptors game postponed due to COVID-19

Tonight’s NBA game between the Toronto Raptors and Chicago Bulls has been postponed due to COVID-19.

The Raptors have announced that the game, which was set to take place in Tampa, has been postponed in accordance with the league’s health and safety protocols.

“Due to positive test results and ongoing contact tracing within Raptors, the team does not have the league-required eight available players to proceed,” The Athletic’s Shams Charania  reports.

Pascal Siakam, Nick Nurse, and five other members of the Toronto Raptors coaching staff missed Friday night’s game against the Houston Rockets due to COVID-19 protocols.

Players, coaches, and staff can be put into the league’s protocol for a number of reasons, such as being a close contact of someone who has tested positive for the virus.
