Sunny spring forecast all week long for Edmonton

Edmonton is set to get seven straight days of sun just in time for the May long weekend.

Environment Canada is calling for sun and clouds all the way to Sunday, May 17. Temperatures are forecast to be pleasant, with highs ranging from 13°C early in the week to 21°C on Saturday.

Those looking to get outside can use some of Edmonton’s parks or roads that have been closed to traffic to make way for pedestrians.

Bring a jacket if you’re going outside after dark, though, because temperatures are set to dip close to zero early in the week. Nighttimes will get warmer towards the weekend, with lows forecast at 9°C.
