Thinking about a career change? It might be time to widen your search — several counties near Edmonton are hiring this August.

From office roles to hands-on jobs, there are dozens of opportunities available right now, and some come with six-figure salaries.

We’ve rounded up a list of nearby counties with open positions worth checking out.

Strathcona County

Who: Strathcona County, just east of Edmonton, currently employs more than 2,000 people across various career paths. Its largest municipality is Sherwood Park.
Jobs: It’s hiring for more than 11 positions this August, including a criminal intelligence analyst, a creative and web strategy supervisor, and a development officer.
